Set in the industrial area of Al Serkal, the raw concrete space inhabited by “Inked” echoes their belief that food speaks for itself. Encompassing several state-of-the-art kitchens, the space’s multifaceted approach aspires to create engaging food-led experiences.

The 11m high warehouse is punctuated with an elevated steel mezzanine, accessed via linear and serpentine stairs, creating two separate utilitarian spaces. The kitchen is at the heart of the ground floor with an open space setup for hosting, while the chocolate room, baking kitchen and private dining rooms are situated upstairs.

Classic light grey wood panels offer acoustic insulation and a restrained backdrop to the dining experience, while two distant skylights illuminate opposite ends of the black box.
